I’m kind of in the Steve corner regarding the rest of the season. I think we’ll surprise. Something tells me the group will be fully recharged after only 2 games the last month & they’ll look at this next group of 7 games as an opportunity to show what they’re all about. It’s basically a new season of 7 games and after that they’ll look at their position & see how they’re going. They’ll be no talk of anything else but these next 7 games starting with the Raiders game.
Also I don’t have a team picked to start 2026 but I do think Kit has a huge chance of making that 17. There’s a bit of Rueben Cotter in the way he plays & I’m confident next year he can step up. Hopefully he’ll get an opportunity this season if he continues to show the form he did last Saturday. And Payne Haas, yes please. Actually, I reckon Richo & Benji will make a big signing for 2027 but we’ll see.

Just finished this pod and was enjoying the dynamic between the boys with robs inclusion until…Josh Kerr and Adam Elliot as dream recruits? I’m starting to think robs forum alias is jeditiger 😉
Absolutely agree with Steve in bringing May to 13. I don’t know why this isn’t discussed more. He plays 80mins, natural ball player and is powerful. Easier to recruit a prop than a lock.
Really good pod. Nice to see some cross overs between the pods these days
So any chance of a consolidated Pod moving forward?.....I actually hope not as I like the additional content, nice distraction during my gym workouts and car drives.

Thanks for this pod guys I enjoyed the collaboration. A couple of really good points were made
Joel - we need to get to the point where Twal and Seyfarth are backups rather than Top 17.
Rob - we need to see Latu in the halves for the rest of the year so we know where we stand for 2026.
I think these are even more profound in light of last Friday night. Let's hope for some changes to the Top 17 come Team List Tuesday.
