I totally agree that a change of ownership is high on the things that need to be changed list, but I also think that improvement on the field is a priority for change as well and am not sure just how connected those two things are (or not).

I think your governance and ownership sets the tempo, mood and standards of the whole organisation.
I think, where we’re at a disadvantage, is that too many people with too much power haven’t loved, lived and breathed Wests Tigers.
