As you just said Hastings/Brooks didn't play well last night
Hastings/AD best combo we have in club.
If we sign someone better AD can always go back to centre or Hastings to lock.
It is just too slow mate. I'm happy to give them a chance but we need to be looking at other options as well.
As I said if you can sign someone better - great! And if so they both have other options to move into.
But until then they are the best options
I don't know they are the best options at the club, over the next 2 months I probably want both Madden and Laurie to get time with Hastings in the halves as well.

Junior has been playing a bit of fullback in reserves - I really like the x factor and speed he brings - it's what we've been missing

Madden is a 7
Hastings is a better 7
Laurie could pay 6 but would be a worse defender than AD - which is saying something
I think Laurie is a pretty good defender. Stops most at fullback one on one.
Losana Lutu is the five eighth for the Women’s team Garry & she’s very good. Played in the u19s Origin a couple of weeks ago & showed some really good touches. Hopefully she’ll be around the club for some years.
