The Wests Tigers had a few heart-in-mouth moments and almost succumbed to some classy Titans plays, but managed to hold on for an eight-point win at Leichhardt Oval this afternoon.
- The game-changing Jarome Luai performance
- The debut of young hooker Josese Lanyon
- Injury to Kai Pearce-Paul
- The impact that the big home crowd had on the game
Good listening into this pod guys, however I think you did miss giving a wrap to Taylen May. He ‘pardon the pun’ may be the glue to this team. He’s an elite centre and if he can go injury free for a while, I actually like our chances.

Thanks guys for this post victory podcast. I watched it on Fox and really hated hearing the constant reference to last week's score. It must have happened (ie 68-nil) more than a dozen times.
We may have only beaten the second bottom team but if you think back to the now infamous spoon bowl we couldn't beat the second bottom team then and in fact we're well and truly beaten on that occasion.
Team selections are getting tougher week by week as injuries grow but I agree the shift to choosing experience over potential is the way to go. Having said that I would definitely keep Lanyon on the bench. He and Haywood may well carry our team in the post Api years.
It was very well said I reckon @Joel X3😆🤣Good listening into this pod guys, however I think you did miss giving a wrap to Taylen May. He ‘pardon the pun’ may be the glue to this team. He’s an elite centre and if he can go injury free for a while, I actually like our chances.
