Winning starts at the front office. We’re a shambles and no one seems capable of taking this club by the scruff of the neck.

Brooks saying this, Douhie saying that, Joe O chiming in.
We don't need an office leak while these guys playing everything out in the media!
Reign them in Sheens.

Just be a little careful,

Our chairman is tbe head of a large legal firm, don't want to be at the end of a defamation case.

I'm sure Declan can jump in for help?

Who's in charge of this club? Who's advising these players before they talk to the media? Surely if you want to convince a coach to join The WT you should display some professionalism and solidarity amongst the organisation. This club is completely disjointed and rudderless!!! I agree with Helmesy, where's the leadership??? and no, I'm not talking about our 5 ex-captains. This club is run more like the Big Brother house with James Hooper being our very own Gretel Coleen. Pascoe's aspirations of a career in Television perhaps?

Truth is it would be multiple people and also managers stirring the pot.

The one that gets me, is that it came out the madge was going to be sacked and Noddy madge interim, a week prior to it happening.

Yet Sheens couldn't tell the board or madge, because he had the flu.

I get there is leaders on the board - but surely Noddy as assistant, must of come from closer to Sheens?

Agree it's multiple sources but only 2 people can fix it - Chairman and CEO.

Leaks don't happen under strong leadership 

I don’t want Wests owning this club anymore. It is being driven into the ground. Please sell to private capital

There were 2 rats caught apparently.

@frullens Leaks in an organisation are easy to find just need the will to find it .. not that hard in such a small organisation as the Tigers . The club is a very badly run organisation with no loyalty to the emblem ,a group of individuals looking after themselves and in no way  a team pulling in the same direction .It is sad to see this club imploding from the top the leaking is a sign there are unhappy people in the club looking to damage the brand for there own self interest .
