So very true ...quite often the biggest or most talented don't make it as they don't need to work hard until they become 18-20 and just can't change their style or work hard enough
The example I always use is Willie Carne .....he wasn't even in the 1st 15 at Ipswich Grammar his last year at school wasn't quick at all and was a 5/8 ....the bloke worked hard at the Broncos with our PE teacher at IGS Steve Nance .....rest is history
