As for the backs if we can get down there end run the ball on the last and handover in the corners that negates latrell and walked to an extent.
I expect Bateman to get in the face of Cody and niggle him and he will go off the boil.
As others have said Graham on talau is a big worry.if we can just someone co train that.
As for Ilias he is one of the great downhill skiers,easy to look good when you have a spine of latrell, Walker and cook to throw to.
Expecting a huge games from Api and Brooks along with Klemmer, think we lift as a team to make sure we get Api into that blues side

We will need to use the ball more to give us a chance, our attack is becoming predictable again. I realise the strategy over the past couple of weeks was to simply our plays which has worked, but now we need to build on that and mixed it up a little.

I didn’t rate their pack until a couple of weeks ago when I was at their game against Brisbane. Haas wasn’t playing but they completely monstered carrigan and co that night. Tatola in particular was running hard, literally off the fence from kick offs. It led to great field position and fast play the balls that cook just fed off. If we can win the forward battle it will be very interesting.
@skippa13 Brisbane without haas and ezra completely different side. Souths were alo luck to beat Penrith. Souths did blow storm away though
Is anyone concerned the amount of minutes Jake Simpkins is getting?
A stint in Reggie’s for fitness and timing may be need.
I want Api on as long as possible against South’s would look at a Blore on the bench instead. I believe we need to take some risks to win this game and a power game is our best way.
Not a long term strategy but would look at this weekend to do.
@peter-a I think jake has been good in those 15min stints and it’s helped api close out the game and not overplay his hands under fatigue. Having api on for 77mins and jake on for 3mins didn’t make a lot of sense to me. He can def play 80 but I like the balance as it is personally
