Battling covid day 4 otherwise would have gone to Ambush event to hear Sheens

At least even though we are going bad we are still in the comp and not north Sydney bears

the tide will eventually turn for wests tigers

Hey @Jedi-tiger hope you're starting the feel better on day 7 and you can get back out and about.

That's no good mate. I found we only felt better after about day 10. Hey plenty of rest mate.

But tell you what,  feel free to pop down to Parras captain run tomorrow and see if we can get a few players out for Saturday 😉

I’m on about day 10 and I still have a sore throat and horrible cough. Just doesn’t seem to go away. It’s awful

I hope you feel better soon Avo - rest up mate and take the time to look after yourself.

If it makes you feel better, I'm on day 8,381 of being a Wests Tigers supporter, and I still have a sore head and an uneasy feeling in my tummy, that doesn't seem to go away either.

Hopefully both will get better soon!!!

Haha thanks mate. Maybe I don’t have covid and it’s just symptoms from being a long time Tigers fan.

Absolutely, I’ve had 3 shots and have still been as sick as a dog. Would have been brutal without vaccinations.

Covid is so bizarre because every time I feel a little better, I wake up sick again in the morning. Never had a sickness like it.

@jedi-tiger Are you finding you're super low on energy too? Just walking up the stairs at home leaves me short of breath.

I try as much as I can to give the negativity as wide a birth as possible and reading and/or hearing such news about the club (it's difficult to avoid at times) does worry me. I hope the tide turns soon because it can damage the club in many ways. For now I try to lighten moods a little so last week at Wests Leagues Ambush event I gave a few people I don't know all that well a hug. Fortunately those people, Steve, Kelly and Keith took it well. I gave Garry a miss as the big man with the big beard is a little intimidating. Just kidding, actually I might get him at Leichhardt this Saturday night, we both might need it. A thought did cross my mind today that perhaps I should post on Twitter and here that I'll be offering hugs to any Wests Tigers fans on Saturday night should they need one just for a fun thing to do but fearing a mass stampede towards me I quickly thought better of it. Whatever the case I love the club and I'll be there cheering for them, that's what I do best.

I have been told that Garry isn't a hugger.
