Of our 5 man leadership group-

2 dropped - Ken and Peach

1 demoted - Brooks

1 injured - AD

Only one left - Tamou

@helmsey would know better than me, but you can do physc test and profiles to determine your character under pressure. I think of our 5 man leadership group at least 3 drop their head under pressure.

Without doing the profiling - I'd be having Hastings, AD priority the  Joffa and Tamou as our leadership group.  Lock it in

The idea I put forward was analysis of personality types and communication styles, as well as being a support mechanism for players to assist them to deal with external issues/pressures.

Unfortunately we didn’t get any further into the discussions.

Our leader and CEO Pascoe is on holidays in the NT during the competition season. Seriously this is just ridiculous. I just can’t believe this is allowed to happen. Pascoe must go.

It’s unbelievable. How he still has a job is beyond me.

The Board should sack him now.

Fish actually rot from the intestinal system.

The board would have signed off on the leave. Who knows, they may all be together in the NT.

Seriously, how does the CEO go off on leave when the organisation is under the pump.

Very bad look, outside of exceptional circumstances it is a bad time to be on leave.

Whom ever approved his leave should also go. Just such an inept decision. There are at least 5 other months when the CEO could take leave that would have no impact on the club.

I would have thought all employees would need to be on deck during the actual NRL season. That’s what happens in a lot of industries. There are blackout periods where employees are meant to be available for normal duties. Leave during these periods would only be granted under exceptional circumstances.

This club is plumbing new depths of incompetence and mismanagement.

It’s actually beyond parody now, you genuinely couldn’t make it up.

If your a CEO that has no responsibility for the football department- why does it matter if the CEO foes on leave during the football season?

😁

It’s called Leadership and leading by example. If I expected my employees to be on duty I most certainly would be as well. That’s how you build a good culture by setting a good example.

Agree - but in times like these you need clear messages from the leadership - either Director, CEO or both.

We don't want to hear different messages coming from each board member - that's when things get messy.

But at the moment both Lee and Justin are so quiet. Sheens has been doing some talking - but we need him working within the club - not spending all his time managing PR

Hasn't it been made clear people don't want to hear from Pascoe and Lee?
