For @garry we now include all home ground options.
Yes, we need to take care of grandpa 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Any of the three modern stadiums should of been one of the questions ….. not loaded questions where your vote is dependant on where you live and how long it takes to get there . This poll is irrelevant and I will not be participating!
Only small sample size but plenty of love for the new SFS.
Wests Tigers Podcast - Talking everything Wests Tigers!
@snake the intention wasn’t to be a loaded survey. It was just to try and understand where fans wanted see the tigers play and how that was impacted by there proximity. I have participated in these home ground discussions for a long time and it’s probably the one topic where people have the strongest and least flexible opinions. It’s also one where there are some loud voices that tend to dominate the discussion (eg I once setup a change.org page to support the SFS option). The purpose really was just to get some data on what most people want and see if that was any different to my prior bias. For example my expectation is that most tigers fans from whatever background would be thinking that a permanent move to CSS or at least a CSS/LO split would be the best option. So in no way was it intended to be controversial, it’s just an anonymous way of seeing where peoples thoughts were and where each voice is given equal weight. The question about whether you live within 30min of the stadium is just to provide data on whether proximity is a significant (and reasonable) part of the decision or not. The club does these sorts of surveys from time to time, I wish they would communicate more with members and fans about the results to help us understand whatever decision they make in 2023
I live within 30 mins of the SFS but that is not why it would be my preference. I have no issue driving to CSS, LO or Homebush. My reasoning is that it will be the best stadium in Sydney and has the potential to generate the most revenue for the club.
