Interesting that Sheens and the club have signed a NDA about Sheens leaving the club. If everything was amicable you wouldn’t think that would be necessary. I suspect they are scared the Sheens would tell it how it really is at the club if he wasn’t muzzled.@jedi-tiger Lee and Pascoe are the ones that have signed the coaches that have chosen this roster. It’s absolutely on them. Btw how much are we paying Sheens to leave? How much did we pay Madge? Still profitable after that? Doubt it.
IMO there are many reasons that they may decide to agree to a NDA and it may still be completely amicable.
@avocadoontoast he’s 18 mate ! I saw more than enough to work with . When guys like Hoffman debuted , I couldn’t believe how big average he was. .
Feledy showed Bradman Best like glimpses. To be fair to Feledy there’s not too many olakuatus running around .
Feledy shows a lot more than Hoffman & Cini in attack and is physically in better shape than both, but his defensive game needs major correction and I hope he gets the time in NSW cup and the coaching to enable that to happen.
Tbh I'm not too down on last night. If ever there was an excuse to get thrashed, last night was it. Loads of kids, sub par players playing out of position, plenty playing busted.
More concerning is how we got to this point.
The dogs game mentioned above was two years ago. That felt like a truly pathetic moment, a real nadir. But since then, things have just gotten worse on and off the field.
Thinking of waiving membership next year as well. Funny thing is, I'll probably start getting all the 15+ year member invites next year after opting out.

There is a completely valid reason for the NDA.

sheen has previously sued the Wests Tigers. you reckon that he would agree to cut short his Contract and sign a NDA simply not to tell the world that Pascoe & Lee are morons?

If the 2 parties view it important enough to have an NDA in regard to it then I am not going to mention it on a public forum.

Im guessing if it was supposed to be public knowledge there wouldnt bother with a NDA?
See that’s the trouble with secrets.. especially from a club that has be run so dismally in the last 12 years: People, not just me, are going to draw their own conclusions.Such as?We are talking about Sheens here… yeah-nah.Interesting that Sheens and the club have signed a NDA about Sheens leaving the club. I could say more but I don’t want to get you or the forum into trouble… so it’s probably best that no further comments are made.

Safe to say that neither Sheens or the club publicised the fact that there is a NDA. The media did for their own purposes.
@tiger5150 it just shows how grubby some are . They know what’s going on , they just choose to sensationalise something for clicks , which is super offensive really .
Anyways , Sheens is a legend , I wish all the best and nothing but love from this tigers fan .
It’s brought forward the plan , but sometimes a baptism of fire is a good thing .
what’s the saying
“the strongest swords are forged in the hottest fires “ .
I was actually talking about Benji with my son today . He’s too young to know how good he was , but the name Benji Marshall just resonates throughout Australia . Way more than a cam smith or Billy slater . It’s unbelievable kids who are 10 talk about how good Benji is/was . My son doesn’t even follow football .
We were taking about having to change and adapt as you get old , and his name came up .
As I was explaining how Benji went from a generational talent to one who had to adapt his game to his new reality , it really made me think that that takes real insight , and football knowledge . Not many players as good as him have been able to do that , and have a second career .
When you talk it through , it actually had me confident that we have the right guy in charge . We just need to give him time to adapt .I’m actually really confident for next year , surprisingly!
Lets just remember who’s been doing a majority of the coaching, 70-30 Marshall imo. Don’t know whether Morris was in the running before Shenji was introduced, but it just reakes of wests tigers dna. Plan G coming into fruition!Yep, completely agree. But that was well known before he was brought back here by our club's supposed "leaders". They remain the speedhump that needs to be removed. I'm pleased Sheens has gone. I resent him ever being appointed.@mike 99% of this year and last was all SHEENS .. thank the lord he is gone , has been a loser for over a decade !
We can only hope John Morris has genuine NRL coaching skills because Benji is going to need a lot of help I think. His comments about the "WT family" and the young players calling him "cuz" at training, don't fill me with a whole lot of confidence.
Im not sticking around to find out either way, had enough. Season 24 will just be a watch for me and it will be a lot more relaxing. Thanks Hat and hair 🥇

I'm more confident than most as well, I think our halves next year are superior to what we had this year. A similar off season recruitment to what we had last year but focusing of the backs and I feel we can be remarkably stronger next season.
