Jakob has been looking alright next to DCE. If Brooks keeps doing his hammy he may end up as the backup

We lose that game everyday of the week but having at least 2 latant forward pass tries and a DCE dodgy put down and an Ice try disallowed for the same reason is asking too much of WT fans to cop. We are the most reviewed try scorers in the nrl.

@jedi-tiger Benji is going to need plenty of help next season but I believe it’s going to be a disaster! The team at present if Benji is coaching has no clue and this is the indication moving forward what lies ahead IMO!
Thank Christ that’s over. It was pretty clear early on that Manly had something to play for, (Jake Turbo’s 200th) and the Tigers didn’t. Added to that were a few injuries, piles of players out of position, some nervous debutants and some quirky officiating.
There were some real stinkers put in by the Tigers left side defence. Seyfarth and Papalii won’t put this one on their highlights reel. The right was slightly better. Blore and Matamua were pretty much anonymous.
Twal and Klemmer tried hard, Jake tried too hard, Api was busy, and Bula had some nice touches. Laulilii was pretty good, and Feledy had his moments in attack (less so in defence). Reilly looked good again until he got injured.
There is so much to do, still, to lift the professionalism of the team. Attacking and defensive structures are a mess. Game management is missing. There is a lack of basic footy smarts. For example, Reilly and Seyfarth stuffed up a Tigers 7 tackle set by playing on.
The club is all in on youth, but young players need strong role models to help them develop. We need more leadership. Api is a good leader, but he needs help.
All I want for Christmas is a better footy team.

@avocadoontoast I have been reading the fan boys going on about Feledy for months and as I suspected all fluff and mirrors the guy will struggle to progress to 1st grade.
@mike 99% of this year and last was all SHEENS .. thank the lord he is gone , has been a loser for over a decade !

Those two forward passes were bad and weren’t called because the referee (Belinda) and touch judge (Ziggy) couldn’t keep up with the play. They need to be fitter and better

Just watching the Souths Roosters game. Two teams trying to get a final spot in the 8. We are miles behind them. It’s going to be a long road to finals.
My one word is embarrassing
when the opposition is running over the try line giggling and lining up who gets to score this time...thats embarrassing like under 12's. Our team had a chance to fight ot the end of the last game and finish the season on the note that they want to start the off season and thats what they turned out. Disgraceful.
As embarrassing as it is for the Tigers, the last placed team in the comp, IMO its even more embarrassing for the officials. The officiating in that game was also about U12 standard. Disgraceful and the NRL cant pretend otherwise.
Feledy is terrible in defence, like REALLY bad. Laulii'i looked like he really wanted to run hard but our team being our team kept passing him the ball 200mm before the defence smashed him.
I have less hope for this team and club now than 12 months ago. Things are not good.
@tiger5150 I really feel as though we are at a point of no return. There is NO fix for this team and club.
