Blind Freddy can see that he is not a captain, he can barely work out whether to kick or pass, let alone how to kick to a corner or take a 40/20. He is not the guy, this is his last year at the club I’m sure of that.

I agree. By all reports a nice young man but not necessarily the right man for the captain role.

Joe needs to give a lot more in saying that but he needs to start in the front row. He has impact and he is a much better player and leader then Tamou.
Adam D is the long term captain but co captains to start the season.
Whilst I think AD is the best candidate for Captain, its a big call making him captain now. It would be assuring him selection and would be a problem if he doesn t come back from the injury in good shape
I think it’s pretty obvious Doueihi will be named Club Captain picturing him modelling the Captain’s run jersey recently points that way..
As for on field probably joint captains among Tamou, Brooks, Hastings until Doueihi returns to the field
