Everyone is asking "where to?" from here for the Tigers? Well right now we desperately just need to focus on something achievable, that we have complete control over, and that will help us drag our sorry backsides off the floor.

After watching a replay of the Shark's loss, the one thing that stuck in my mind was the poor mindset of the majority of our players and as we know, a lot of this game is won by turning up with the right attitude - and keeping it. At present we quickly drop our heads, give up, don't back ourselves - or try too hard and give away dumb penalties, etc, etc. We've always been a fragile outfit but it's having a snowballing, increasingly negative effect.

We desperately need to take a first step in getting better, we can't wait for next year and we can't even wait for more troops to come back. So for mine, immediately what does need to change is our on-field mindset. We need to live in the minute, accept the situation, (including that we are probably going to lose) but still hold our heads up and always strive to play our absolute best. This in itself will not only improve how the fans view the team but it will lift individual and performance a certain amount.

Plus, it's a matter of pride as well as self-belief and if the players support each other this can be changed. Currently there is not a lot of support in the group, just hands being thrown in the air, heads being shaken, and dirty looks from Nofo...

We don't have to carry on like every little win is a GF title - but we certainly shouldn't be exhibiting the terrible lack of camaraderie and negative body language that can have a self-fulfilling impact.

And yes, I know that regardless of how strong we look, we just don't have the talent in our best 17 to beat a lot of sides.

But we have to start somewhere, and it has to start with the coaches and the so called leaders - some of which are guilty of this attitude. We have to stop feeling so bloody sorry for ourselves!

@roachy Agree. It starts at the front office. Nothing will change until changes are made in the front office. Both Lee & Pascoe need to be replaced.
