Im not @Garry, but i dont think Brown has enough minutes in him these days for 13. If anything Brown is a bench forward IMO.

He would have some use and would prefer him in the 17 rather than a Seyfarth for example but my biggest concern with signing him is he would take us to 29. Does that mean Bateman is not coming or are the club prepared to lock in 30 spots so early?

I agree, he adds thrust and experience and is the classic Sheens buy - a guy that has kind of lost his way with his current club, and comes at what would likely be a budget buy especially with the Eels chipping off in for 2023.
