Ive got to be honest i'm a bit worried about this agreement for the joffa extension. If both parties have to agree....we are going to have to get him really drunk.

The way he is playing he will get more offers.

What is the point of a mutual option if both need to agree? Isn my that just called a contract?

sheens will keep Brooks 2024 and beyond if he can get the salary down with the discount e.g. 750k with 200k discount 550k.

if Brooks wants to chase big money at Newcastle e.g. 850k or above then he can leave

That is a better option than paying 450k for Madden for example

I think the club should say to douhie we see you as a centre and here is 450k to 500k to play centre, if he doesn't like it he can leave

We needs one of

Dylan Brown

Munster

Burton

to play 6

He really wants to stay, wants to be part of the solution.

I'm really happy to hear that. If we lost him it would be like 2 steps forward (Api and Paps) and one back.

I know last night sucked , but if we can get another back rower of Bateman or Whoever , then not one player who played last night would be in our starting 13 next year with everyone fit . Maybe joffa .
8. Stefano

9. api

10. Twal/joffa

11. Bateman / elite back rower

12. Papalli

13 Hastings .

I think this needs to be kept in perspective .

I also think we have to find another fullback . Laurie is just really bad defensively with positioning of the line and his own .
Mira why we always get kicks scored against us .

If true, here comes all the Bulldogs signings.......

Meanwhile, what are we doing?

We need at least 3 good additional first grade players at the very least.

The players we currently have just aren't good enough.

The Coaching is not a major factor in performances, it's the players.....

Even Bart Cummings couldn't win a Melbourne Cup with a draught horse....and we have plenty of those.

Bulldogs will make the 8 next year and and we’ll be lucky to not finish in the bottom 4.

A few years ago I never thought I would death ride any teams more than Roosters and Storm...but Parra and the Dogs are now top of the pile

@declan they still need a 7 and a 1 I reckon but they will certainly finish above us

I guess it looked good having mahoney and kikau come along with already having Burton and JAC

@canberratiger agree think parramatta due to the papali and stef rubbish when he tried to come over and not releasing him and Bulldogs due to Gould and ciraldo hope he fails like Barrett the pressure will be immense

I just wonder whether Gould will quietly make enquiries about Brooks or Hastings

@jedi-tiger they are the teams that have taken advantage of the Tigers the most and beaten us to too many signings. Gould said that a rebuild isn't for a junior coach and then signs the same bloke. The guy is a germ in the same league as the NRL 360 germs.
