JAC is a better winger than Staines and Luke L
a wing option of JAC and Turuva would be good
hoping it is Brian T but not holding my breath
mate we need wingers strong enough to start our sets well and get us upfield. Dont believe JAC offers this. Also at back end of career and likely to spend time on sidelines.

I dont want JAC at any price and lets be real he isnt coming here for less than he can get elsewhere. I like the like of Luke L with time. Im sure we can find a value winger on the other side. Im not excited about Staines though.
Accordibg to Richo, we have $2m war chest to spend on 3 players.
We aren't building a warchest to buy 3 run of the mill standard players
At least 1 has to be a BIG play that changes our performance and culture and perception.
To'o fits the bill perfectly.
Even if you offer To'o 900
It still leaves 1.1 for 2 players.
Still let's you but a prop at $800k
And a reliable worker for $300k

His passion and drive on and off the field is infectious, it may be a good story coming back to where he started. he would have to be priced based on playing only a percentage of games and only for 1 - 2 years. Don't get me wrong I'm not keen on this however at the right $$ he could play a role.JAC is a better winger than Staines and Luke L

Had a great combo with Olam at Melbourne on the left hand side…and we also have a left side specialist playmaker coming in.

passion won't get our sets started.
Back 5 of Bula, To'o, Olam, Taruva and Laulili will get us downfield
It would help...at the moment there is a distinct lack of passion across the field, the only player in the backs I see hitting it up hard to start sets at the moment is Staines...and that's a worry. Luke L as well, however both lack the physicality to make an impact. I would however absolutely love that back 5 you have assembled. His passion and drive on and off the field is infectious, it may be a good story coming back to where he started. he would have to be priced based on playing only a percentage of games and only for 1 - 2 years. JAC is too often out with injury, this will only get worse as he ages. We need to focus on finding 4 or 5 good forwards. I wouldn’t say no to To’o, he plays like an extra prop anyway.

I dont think Penrith would let him go, but I wonder if this would weigh into their consideration? Like Olam, To'o is a relatively small body who plays a style of hard running that is pretty brutal and could be expected to truncate a players useful career term. Would it be a consideration for them to get rid of Bizza one or two years earlier rather than one or two years too late on big money. Pretty sure that was the Storms consideration with Olam.
I stress that I think To'o is a long way from that point but it might come sooner than anyone realises. Same has happened for Sivo at Parra.

I get what your saying but To'o plays different to Olam IMo. Olam is bash and barge with no footwork, To'o uses power but he also footwork, so that power is used in between defenders. Rarely there is brutal contact like you see with Olam
So was Api 😂🤣cause it won’t be about winning 🤪Ok it could be about money lol
These guys are winners, it will be about winning.
You get 3 or 4 of them and it starts to reach a critical mass.
