Players know the deal, its not like we are the 1st club to sack a coach.

And next question shouldn't a good quality coach be able to handle any squad ....so if we hire a coach to rebuild the club ...we will then need to hire a Top 8 coach ...then a Top 4 coach ....then a GF coach ..and then a Premiership coach ...all this talk about a specific coach is absolute crap ....
I agree, and I think the main criticism of Madge is that his coaching wasn't good enough to adapt to the players he had at his disposal. Ironically he did better with Ivan's team than the team he put together himself. Salary cap is something that's been used as an excuse for Madge but it wasn't so poor that he couldn't offer Latrell in excess of a million bucks. People seem to forget that pretty quickly.
Management made a bad decision hiring him, a worse decision extending him and now we are where we are. He could have coached here for a hundred years and he would never have had success. He doesn't have the arsenal of tools needed to be a coach in 2022. In saying that, heads should roll for hiring him and extending him. Pascoe should be out the door immediately. He's a complete lightweight who has no business being the CEO of a professional sporting team. He's Mr Invisible when the hard decisions are to be made and reappears whenever we make a signing or do anything positive. He's a glorified marketing exec (which is no surprise given that is his background).
