The encouraging thing for me is the start our KOE Cup boys have had.
Only 5 wins last year and 2/2 already this year.
First grade is going how I hoped it wouldn’t.
Ill add something else. the Top grade side does not seem to have much trouble getting down field into scoring territory.
That is a positive for our pack and our overall discipline, whereby our penalty counts are a very favourable 7 vs 19 for combined opponents and 6 agains are also good at 5 vs 8 for combined opponents. Huge improvement.
Good to share some positivity on the forum. I had my 41st birthday and was in the foulest mood from the game. Decided to steer clear of the news but instead jumped on the forum to kill some time and the banter was depressing. It will be interesting to see what the forum and podcasts sound/look like when (IF) we start winning consistently. At least this thread gave me a chuckle…look forward to seeing a jar jar bunks sign at bel more on the weekend.
