Just going through this thread I can’t believe some of the negativity levelled at Noffa. From questioning his loyalty to referring to him as a flog that’s just plainly way off the mark.Sure he’s had some lows but by the same token he’s also been a regular point of attack when the rest of the side was offering little. He’s a proven finisher and tackle breaker. If Noffa is a flog well Craig Bellamy is a bad judge.
Whatever Noffa’s shortcomings, and granted he certainly isn’t the most articulate of communicators,he doesn’t deserve to be belittled after almost a decade of service and being the club’s leading try scorer. He does at least deserve a modicum of respect for his achievements.

All due respect T-S the ones that deserve more then a modicum of respect are the WTs fans who are sick and tired of players that disrespect the Club as soon as they walk out the door to another club.
@tiger-symmetry nofa was like the 5th option . Laurie , AD, Ken , Naden were all asked first .
He is a proven first grader sure , but his ego lately has led him down the wrong path , and like many who allow their opinion of themselves to outweigh their output, in any walk of life.
His attitude stinks. Fighting with teammates , turning up drunk and generally being a dickhead from all reports . culminating in the leadership group asking for him to be removed from the firsts team .
He’s probably a good bloke who’s lost his way lately . Hopefully a change is as good as a holiday , and he gets whatever os going on with him sorted out .

I don't think he's disrespected the club. If you're invited to someone's house you don't say your house is better - it would be impolite. His greatest fault in the interview was being poorly spoken. He's never been comfortable in front of a microphone but I'd also suggest most people aren't.
As for his stint in Melbourne, I hope it's an education for him and he brings some of their professionalism back with him. If not, we move on.
Nofa looking very happy at the Storm, the happiest he’s been in years

nothing in here that would make you want to see him back in tigers colours

If Storm want him he’ll take the offer no doubt

yuck. Goodbye David, don’t let the door hit you on the way out
As people continue to bash him he ran more metres than both our wingers and most of our forwards. You don't have to like him, but we miss his dirty metres, tackle breaks and offloads. Our yardage from our tryline was very poor tonight.

My biggest issue with him is attitude based.
In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)

I dont think we lost anything in regards to yardage with Naden tonight and before his injury Ken was our best. Ken & Naden are both better than Nofa. Nofa is a more experienced finisher than Naden (who I still see as a centre).
As Garry said, attitude is his biggest issue and what we are trying to sort out as a culture.

According to the forum's Player of the Year Ken and Nofo were line ball and Nofo had only played 13 games. I agree regards Naden, I think he's a centre. He had a shocker tonight but he's been better for us than I was expecting.
I also agree regards attitude, that's why I think going to Storm will be good for him. If he comes back I'd hope he brings back a better attitude. If not, I hope we can find a better winger for the same price - but I have my doubts.
