Nofo's a decent bloke but he's like a deer in the headlights when there's a microphone near him. From what other players say he speaks well in the change rooms but he's definitely not who you'd choose as a media spokesman.

I don't blame him really, not many people like 'public speaking' and there's many, many people who would freeze up.
What I don't understand is why the club keeps serving him up or - at the very least - why they don't get him some media training.
