I'd love to take peoples 2025 membership renewal experiences to the Fans Representative Group and then on to the club. If you're willing, please write a few sentences stating how long you've been a member, your membership type and your experience in renewing or purchasing for 2025. Positive and negative experiences valid. I'll then collate and pass on people's comments to the FRG and then the club. I'll leave names off - just keen to relay the purchase/renewal experience

Full Season Gold members (two of us)
Members for 16 years (I believe, maybe 17, can't remember off the top of my head)
We auto renew each year. No issues usually. Though this year there was a delay in the receiving of the email to claim membership pack between the two memberships (about a week between the emails). Contacted the club, was given the response "it is a Ticketek issue, we are working to try and get things sorted". Was well after others had received their emails, and had begun receiving member packs, but was still mid December, so better than others.
Generally have had no issues with memberships purchase/renewal over the years, though our big complaints tend to be around the quality of the packs (certainly feel cheap at times, and are getting less than other clubs in relation), the whole debacle last year with the credits and shipping, buit that has been fixed this year, and the ongoing lack of care for members on gamedays, e.g. how often non-members of those who are of lower categories {not a slight at those people especially if they can't afford or choose the lower tiers} get rewards far more often than those who are the long time higher category members, where I have seen people who have been members longer than I have never get the lucky row, or special prizes, or even the chance to win with the ground announcer never going into those areas and just randoms getting the chance or reward (even the get the chance to watch the team warm up on the ground that was allegedily offered to all members at some point, 16 years, not even asked once, even though probably wouldn't take it up, but just actually having the offer should be given). It gives a feeling that those who are the long time members that may spend a lot on their memberships are literally paying for these things over actually being looked after by the club. I know we are not the only two who look at each other with a "what the hell?" look on our faces all the time as we appear to be ignored again. Not asking for exclusive benefits, but just that all members are given a chance to be rewarded, not just select areas.

I have been a member for 24 years auto renew and purchase 5 gold members season tickets each year.
This year however as one membership previous was just LO, we had to make that a full membership so we could ensure they could sit near the other 4 memberships at CSS.
As of 30.01.2025 I still do not have an email regarding claiming my membership pack for the 2025 season. I have been advised that my tickets are where I have requested however have not seen confirmation. The club had claimed this is a ticketek issue yet others have recieved tickets and membership packs weeks ago.
As for special events etc despite being a member for 24 years I have never been invited to any events e.g. 10 year members functions etc so perhaps the club can look into record keeping etc.
Perhaps next year the club can get the process a bit smoother.
As for membership packs I would kind of want the club to stop with the membership pack and make the memberships a bit cheaper e.g. if I want a hat or scarf I will buy one I don't need a new one each year.
