My first thought as well Joel. I think Betsy is a valuable member of the club in the pathways role because of his experience in the cricket pathways system which I believe is the best in the country, but will be very disappointed if he ends up in the role.

I don’t know anything about how long he’ll be in this role however I do know he is very happy at the club and sees it as a long term job. I agree with you I hope he stays in pathways.

Did at the time and will revisit. Always thought it was a good idea. Cricket are the best in Aus at funnelling junior talent through to the top but have a massive advantage in that they only need about 30 at the top. Great systems though.
