Well done guys. A watershed moment for the club. This could be the final piece of the puzzle that leads to a period of sustained success.
Well done to all involved here in kick starting this change, I am frankly stunned that The Board agreed to implement all changes from the review.
But also I do want to give credit to those same Board persons for understanding that the time was right for serious change. I have no doubts that all of them tried their best to make Tigers successful, in their own way, and finally recognised that, in the absence of success, new leadership was required. I'm not interested in kicking people in the arse on their way out.
Congratulations to the pod team who put their names and voices to the movement for change. Many online types were sceptical but the credibility, calmness and clear sensible love for the club that was embodied in the pod request has won the day
