Tigers officials held a meeting last week to find ways of doing things better in 2024 after back-to-back wooden spoons.
I had a 'spy' in the room and he told me three main changes were decided up.
1. The gear steward will travel to away games half a day early to set everything up for the players.
2. Players will no longer be required to carry their bags on away trips.
3. The players will have beer after games in the sheds.
True story - with all their woes in the past decade, these are the moves the Tigers decided on to get out of their rut.

Absolutely bizarre. One of the biggest gripes with the club is governance so they extend the chair for 3 years before a review is complete? What the hell is going on?

Just makes you think it’s all just for show. They will change the make up of the board slightly and probably move Pascoe on (into a position they have found for him elsewhere). I can’t take this place seriously
Since the Chairman has been in that position the club has been a bigger failure than the year before .. what board that does there due diligence would reappoint that person .. but wait he is also the major sponsor!!!! Got them bluffed ? There really is a shortage of backbones on that board . I really need to say I am sorry I support this club !

I suspect the talk of the FM role waiting for the review is utter garbage too - they're probably fumbling their way down the list of preferred candidates like they did with the coach, and thought the review would be a convenient excuse as to why the process had taken so long.
How the hell does an organisation reappoint a Chairman who is a major sponsor for 3 years when a review has been ordered?
Seems like the current board rushing through a few favours while they still can.
