I really hope we get high quality applicants for these positions. Hopefully this sets our club up to be a powerhouse.

@garry 100%. This club is at a crossroads, stuff this up and the pain will continue for another decade.

I think it’s important to bring in people that have an affinity with an understanding of Wests Tigers, but also have a strong background external to rugby league and the club.
