From the outside looking in this looks like a ploy to weed out leakers. And if so, it really shows how juvenile and inept the leadership at the club is. I wish they would focus their attention on winning games.

He is the boss, he should be there, making sure things run smooth, observing how the systems in his organisation work, observing staff performance, doing his job. If he wasnt there and not doing those things he should be criticised, but you are criticising him for being there and doing his job?

We have football managers and staff that control things on away games.
He’s really got no idea how to be a top-their manager and ‘Ask the Boss’ is the perfect example of this lack of awareness.
