The budget is in deficit of $11b, would be hard to find money for stadiums.

There is going to be a change in government next year … there will never be an upgrade for these old grounds .

You’d think there are higher priorities for the state govt to spend money on - more doctors and nurses, more and better paid teachers.

Call me old fashioned but I don’t need uber luxury when I’m at the footy. I’m content if I have a good view of the play and a bench or plastic chair to sit on.

@mac_tiger How many 100,s of millions of dollars have the government spent on 3 modern stadiums in the Sydney basin ..the general sporting public should be grateful that all that live in Sydney have access to these great facilities.

But as usually it’s not enough .. there are 3 modern facilities and one that will be the best stadium in the country,  all have what  is required for a great game day experience . Time this club moved into reality and started to project  a positive attitude instead of being indecisive and trying to appease everyone  . The clubs wonders why outsiders do not want to walk through the gates at Concord well maybe a change in attitude might help , give us One home ground to start with !

maybe we end up taking Accor stadium with Dogs with a 5 game and 2 game split each at LO and CSS plus Tamworth

in relation to magic round 2023 I think the wooden spoon team the year prior should miss out on magic round each year

or

This would take some work but world club challenge is played on the Saturday night of magic round

I'm with you on the home ground conundrum

I agree with the above. The club is trying to appease everyone which is not achievable. My preference is one home ground but it won’t happen, still too many factions in the club.

Love the idea of WCC being played with Magic Round - I doubt it'll happen - but love your thinking

Top 8 2023

Funny how the U19s origin is played at LO and the Pacific double header is played at CSS but both these stadiums miss out on investment from the state government

great pod with sheens and Lee. Confirmation that the stadium deal ends this year. Lee seems highly motivated to drive presence at Campbelltown

Stadium deal 100% ends this year, should be an announcement soon.

If that’s the case that the Stadium deal is over this season one hopes that  what the club is doing moving forward with what ground for next season will be announced before the 2023 memberships are available.
This will have a bearing on us Re engaging with the club with memberships .
