it is kind of amazing. You don’t see the Waratahs playing at Cronulla, manly or Penrith . Lots of sports like playing marque but boutique games at Leichhardt given its proximity to Sydney. You might be able to argue the city CBD needs a “boutique” option (20-25k) now that it has its major event stadium of 45k at SFS
