Next meeting, Player announcement. Eg Javon Andrews joins Wests Tigers on a long term deal. Doesn’t say what years or or what type of contract. Really tells us nothing about the dimensions of the “deal”.

More regular updates from Richo would be good via the YouTube Channel. Maybe bi monthly through the season and then say 2 updates over the off season?

There's a YouTube channel? Any details, please.

It did say 3 years, however not what type of contract.

The original post didn’t, they updated it later. They still left out the type of contract.

My 2c:

1) New Jersey to return to traditional gold as the base of either the home or away.

2) if we are sticking with 3 home grounds then we should consider being ambitious and going for Accor as the third ground. The upgrades to LO/CSS should get them into the 20k+ bucket of capacity. Commbank is only 30k which is. It big enough if we are playing the big Sydney clubs. The alternate to being based in suburban stadiums is that when you go to a major stadium you need to go big to pay for the lower gates at the suburban stadiums. This means either Accor or Allianz as being the venue for the premium Sydney derbies.

roosters (at Allianz), dragons, bulldogs, eels, souths and to a lesser degree sharks, panthers and manly are your Sydney teams. By definition you should get 4 of the above as home games. The club should be looking to make the Sydney games as event games (eels Easter Monday at a big stadium please!) and should be thinking about innovative structures like gate sharing and joint promotion.

3) maybe controversial but don’t offer LO or CSS only memberships. Make the base membership 1 suburban plus 1 major stadium package. This enhances some common identity as we will have a bunch of people coming together regularly rather than just, mixing the Balmain and wests fan bases.
