I think of them more in tiers - and I'm somewhat pragmatic about knowing we need at least 17 players. They're ranked roughly in importance.

 

1st tier

 

Jackson Hastings

Luke Brooks  - whilst hoping someone better signs

Daine Laurie - whilst hoping someone better signs

Alex Twal - whilst hoping someone better signs

It's revealing there's only 12 players I'd be happy to stay on - and even then I'm not 100%

 

 

 

2nd tier - need to impress for future consideration - not bothered if they leave. Seriously need upgrades in this tier.

I’d bump Joe O and Nofoaluma down that list.

I’d have Tuki on the keep list. He may have issues with his attitude and work ethic but has a great offload. He is very young, needs to mature as a person and as a footballer.

Our conversion rate on development players is atrocious
