Interesting how he describe the coaching set up.

Sheens - designs attacking system

Futner designs the defensive system

Farah to work with edges

Benji to work with middles.

 

Is this a new set up or does anyone else do this?

I like how there's cross over but also clear responsibility.

 

BTW- I would of though farah would be better middles and benji better edges - but obviously benji is the boss

 

Robbie is with the middles and Benji is with the edges.

I thought he said "Robbie plays the fiddle and Benji's eating wedges". My bad.
