These girls are the first three players signed to Wests Tigers NRLW contracts and are marquee players. Well done Wests Tigers, a bit of good news for a change.

It appears that the majority of NRLW girls will be selected from the NSW Women's Premiership side once it's completed. A bit like a trial period. These marquee signings offer players to build the side around.

More to follow 🙏🙂

Wests Tigers is delighted to announce the signing of a further five players ahead of the club’s inaugural NRLW season.
Najvada George, Rikeya Horne, Losana Lutu, Christian Pio, and Tess Staines are the latest additions to the 2023 squad and were presented to the crowd before kick-off of the Round 6 NRL match between Wests Tigers and Parramatta Eels.
Four of these players were members of Wests Tigers premiership-winning Harvey Norman Women’s team last year, and all five have played NRLW at other clubs.

The ladies are on their way to immortal status. 😉

Kezie Apps joins the Wests Tigers to get out of her comfort zone and work under coach Brett Kimmorley

Kezie Apps rocked the league world by joining NRLW newbies Wests Tigers, but it was far from an easy decision for the ex-Dragons skipper.

decision to switch NRLW clubs was one of the hardest she’s ever had to make.

The Australia and NSW captain was unveiled as one of the Wests Tigers’ inaugural signings on Tuesday, and spoke about the choice to leave St George Illawarra after eight years at the club and five NRLW seasons.
