The defensive efforts, in general, have been really really poor outside of the first third of the season.
We get stripped for numbers so easily because our middle is so easily collapsed. Throw in the terrible reads and lack of technique on our edges and it's no wonder we concede 40-50 points a week.
@helmesy Why would the club do that .. Marshall needs to face reality before the embarrassment of being sacked !
@helmesy Well, if it's lasted a decade then there is something fundamental that has not been addressed. Or are you suggesting there are different things each year that stop progress for WT? I don't think so.
Watching this game WT are, yet again, so far off the pace of the rest of the NRL, it is an embarrassment.

Funny to hear the Fox team calling Seyfarth as Galvin a few times towards the end of the game.
My one word is Gap. There is definitely a gap between our ability and everyone else. Our team struggles to find a gap in opposition defences and I need to stay away from The Gap for fear of jumping of it.
