One word: Finesse (lack of it) especially around attacking plays.

One word = dumb.

Just a complete lack of intelligence at any level. No composure. So disappointing, because there's the basis of a footy team in there.

No luck with the To'a and Bateman injuries. The former especially as it basically cost us a try.

Felt we got the rub of the green if anything in terms of the refereeing.

Defence was very concerning, especially in that second half. So many missed and ineffective tackles.

My one word is: Percentages. We need to get the 1% right. We are not far off. Just need to fix up those, attention to detail as @tigersteve would say.

It’s becoming a theme that within the last minute of the first half we concede (broncos and today) or nearly concede (in the case of panthers and bulldogs) a try. When we are only losing by a try, it really hurts.

I thought the forwards and bench bar seyfarth played well. Paps looks like he found his home at lock, at least for the short term. Naden is frustrating, as he provides so much more potency than our other options, but has a stack of brain fades.

Kudos to whoever gets on the pod tonight. The last thing I want to do is talk about the tigers right now…don’t know how you do it

Recording tomorrow night, I’d probably struggle to find the energy tonight 😂 thank you for the acknowledgment though, it is appreciated.

One word: Ice.

The player was really good today. I was very critical of him last week.

The team is also like ice. Pretty solid to start but goes to water quickly.

As someone said on the old, the tigers have to be at their absolute best to beat anyone. Very frustrating

One Word: Dumb

Playing overly expansive at the wrong times towards the side line.

We made them look like genius's

I empathise with all of you who are looking for positives, trying to find reasons to come back for more next week.

I’m feeling a bit defeated this week. Years of this wears you down.

I just feel we repeat the same stupid things week on week. Wrong options, poor penalties, etc.

This x 100. Naden is correctly copping it in comments here today and rightly so, his low IQ footy might ahve cost the game today, but he also has many of the attributes we ares screaming for in effort, big body, strong running, speed. The other side of the coin is his low footy IQ.

My one word.....IQ.

We were up against it with injuries and constant positional changes and in what turned out to be a pretty tight game, a number of very low IQ plays cost us very badly. Pretty much 50% of what Naden did, 2 or 3 of Bulas decisions just took away all of our momentum and any chance of establishing a game plan.

Positives......

Bula had a poor game but still looked very dangerous at a few times in attack. IMO we actually use him too often in attack. Using him in that stupid shift to the right as just an extra set of hands to simply ensure we drive the centre/wing into touch is just telegraphing his use. Better when he is kept a little more under wraps and thrown the ball when he can make a difference.

Ice's best game for the Tigers. Early when he was playing 13 he looked great and was whacking blokes in defence. Looked energised.

Bud didnt suck too much. Dare I say he unlocked Ice and some of his timing passing to Ice was good, kicking was pretty good. Defence was not good enough.

Galvin was good. In a game that didnt suit him his passing and running was good and his decision making is very good. His defence for an 18yo half is incredible.

Staines effort levels are good and despite his lack of size did a job.

Twal was good. Good high energy running and good metres. A few times that he lifted our sets when we were struggling.

I actually thought Bateman was having a good game, particularly defensively before injury.

SFainu is going to be a goodun.

Api is incredible and we are not worthy.......
Grateful we have Klem

Struggling for more positives

Seyfarth is an idiot

Disagree....IMO it was an obvious tactic of the Knights every time Seyfarth was involved to rush in and bait him. Gagai in particular. Nothing at all is happening and they rush in to bait Seyfarth. I actually thought that he did well not to take the the bait and not to escalate.

I mean he whacked a bloke in the head and gave away a penalty on the last tackle in a game we were chasing - he's an idiot. The handbags afterwards are irrelevant.

He's not up to FG standard in most facets, and now he's adding these stupid penalties to his game on top. A real liability.

My one word really see’s me out for good  ‘IRREPARABLE’

It’s embedded in the culture of this team …nothing is going to change. NRL need to hit the reboot button.

IMO its a harsh call. Solid tackle on a fullback wrong footing him in open space, he caught mostly shoulder as called by the ref. IMO it was a conscious decision by Gagai to escalate to give the bunker time to review.
