This is not private ownership. This is ownership by committee with profits re-invested back into the promotion of club.

They set up a company Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd which holds the NRL licence. Agree it’s not a public listed company on the ASX but instead a Pty Ltd company.
