With the lack of quality halves, our "best" forwards need to be at their best in every game and Stef, Klemmer, Papali'i and Bateman have not delivered consistently enough, particularly over the last two weeks.

Didn’t watch the game and glad I didn’t. Sounds like they tried hard but couldn’t compete due to lack of ability.

First 60ish they were right in the game and then fell away. Was interesting to see Da Silva get a fair bit of game time.

Da Silva looks a first grader. IMO he doesnt look a generational talent like an Elias or Farah but he certainly looks like he belongs at a very young age. Very impressed with his relience in defence at his age and size and has the crispest pass Ive seen for a long time. Based on what he has done in lower grades he obviously has a running game and is fast but has quickly learned that isnt going to tear defences apart in NRL and has wisely put it away for now. IMO most young 9's want to run at the big guys in NRL to show everyone what they can do but it stalls the attack. Will be interesting to see how his running game progresses.

@tiger5150 definitely looks like he belongs. When he came on last night he got brushed in an early tackle but made sure he was in position and there to tackle the next bloke charging at him. He has the right attitude

Yeah TDS is the only bit of positivity around the team at the moment. He's incredibly young for a hooker, so there's huge potential there IMO.

@mike He needs to demand the ball and get those legs pumping, dropped from Origin and that’s he’s reply

100% correct… like many in this side … when push comes to shove these guys go missing. But he’s not the only ☝️

100% disagree with you both. He was demanding the ball and wasn’t getting when he should have and getting very frustrated as a result. This comes down to the dummy half and halves. We have no organisation on the field. That’s the problem period.

I agree, we were disorganised, the ball was given to the wrong man quite a few times. We need to learn to play with structure when needed and know when to shift the ball around.
