Hi all just a quick question about the Wests Tigers Forum, is the site down or is it something from my end, for around 18 hrs now it keeps telling me it cannot be loaded.

Cheers guys, thought it was me. Thought maybe after everything Romero hit the site with a cease and desist, wouldn't put it past them.

You can ping the server, probably just a software or configuration issue.
It’s now showing “404 Not Found”????
Ping is a common IT network tool, that sends to and receives network packets from the server. You just put in the domain and it will resolve to the IP address of the server and send network packets to it. If you receive something back the server is operational at a basic level at least@mike how does one “ ping” the server

Very few firewalls etc block or filter ping.
Ping can be used for so much more.... 😎
As long as the forums ok. I was worried like a few others that something had happened behind the scenes to shut it down for a bit. Hopefully it'll be back online soon, sure it's being worked on atm.
