From the outside looking in it needs to be a friendly player-manager. JL had strong beliefs on what it meant and how a player should perform in the baggy. The next coach will be a consultant, not a coach. Sad really too many people being modicoddled in this era.
Andrew McDonald could be in line too… but I seriously believe that they don’t need one.
He is probably the No 1 candidate .....but I reckon they will want a name to replace Langer ....that's why I think Dizzy
Dizzy has the best credentials. He has actually coaching experience, ability and success, unlike Langer or McDonald.
They were talking the potential candidates ...Dizzy may not take the role because he has a young family
