Promise
A whole lot to work on, but to win first up by 30 whilst blowing away the cobwebs is a great sign.
Realistic. The scoreline inflated the difference between the two teams, IMO.WT middle defence was on the soft side for much of the game (thank god for Api) and the 50-50 calls went our way (finally) but that won't always be the case. I think the Cowboys did as much to lose the game as the Tigers dd to win it. Good to start the season with a win though.
Sufficient.
One word: 8th wonder
Great win to kick off our season.
Go Tigers 💪 🐅 🐯
One word - Luai
That performance was a reminder to the NRL of exactly who they are dealing with when he's wearing the number 6 jersey.
Side note - long long time listener of the podcast. first time providing my one word. Hopefully it makes it to the next episode!!
One word:- nervous.
- how is it we are up by 4 converted tries or something but I’m still nervous and expecting to lose.
One word: smiling
can’t complain, they all played well but a bit rusty
One word - enthusiasm
They showed plenty, especially in the first half.
One word... Dominant.

Totally true. I think will always be the case. It's part and parcel of being a Wests Tigers fan.
One word - fitness. We were fitter than the fast paced cows who never stopped playing. It allowed great support play, good line speed, scrambling defence and overcame the 6 agains which were bloody ridiculous today.
Relieved.
The past few seasons I've felt somewhat hopeful but this year felt different... I'm relieved that seems to be the case!
I'm still getting over how Adam Doueihi carried 3 Cowboys, including Taumalolo, over the try line! 😱👏
