@tigertownsfs IMO booing this week will have no bearing on this game …the Sharks at this stage are a far superior team and will win by plenty
@helmesy That’s a relevant question , I do not like May playing such big minutes as his impact diminishes as the minutes mount . I would be resting him around the 30 min mark and bringing Pole on then add May for the run home . The coach unfortunately has May as his trump card and is expecting to much same as API last season .
It’s an ANZAC game. I won’t be booing anyone onto the field.
💯agree with you Snake@helmesy That’s a relevant question , I do not like May playing such big minutes as his impact diminishes as the minutes mount . I won’t be booing, never have booed a player in our jersey, never will. I’ll get behind the players wanting to play for the club & not bother with those who don’t. Very surprised Benji doesn’t feel the same way but he has more at stake so fair enough. I can’t see Tigers winning as Sharks have plenty of stability in their team, they’ve had a perfect preparation & are hitting a bit of form. But with all the sin bins & crazy decisions by officials you just never know for sure what will happen.
I don’t mind a boo if it’s part of the theatre. I gave a few spinners a boo in the two up ring yesterday for not throwing the coins above their heads.
I hope Galvin stays with us for the next 18 months and kills it for us, but that doesn’t mean he gets off the hook for screwing us over. We deserve one game where we can air some of our frustration at him and the situation, and he has to earn our trust back. We’ve all been kids and made stupid calls in our life, and had to wear the repercussions.
But as snake says, whether you choose to boo or not might be a moot point as the sharks look the goods for this one.
I think he will get a negative reception from the hill.
What might save him is the 45mm of rain that is forecast, most likely keeping plenty of people away.

Game day… Woohoo
think our forwards can get on top today and Api can play off the back of that. Put plenty of pressure on Hynes he will go to water.
Think we can get away with this
tigers 20
sharks 14
To me it was obvious luai was directed to feed the ball to Lachie every time he swept to the left, this was likely a ploy to keep him happy as left is his preferred attacking side. Now that he is leaving, we don't have to pander to him as much so will be interesting to see how that left side attack plays out. Some cut out balls from Luai to samuela or feed samuela some short passes while running a line. Bring him into the game.
Hoping for lots of positive one word submissions post-game this afternoon.
Words like ‘impressive’ and ‘gritty’ would be nice.

@helmesy I fear "physicality" might get another run-out 🫤
Why in the world have we gone away from bringing TDS on before halftime Api clearly burnt for about 15mins
