How the hell was that not a penalty try. Got clobbered, hit in the head in the act of scoring. Moses should have been sin-binned as well. That’s a penalty try every day of the week.
One word: pathetic. We copped a lot of dud calls and bad luck, but rather than face the challenge we lost our heads and got even worse.
Even when the luck turned second half, we had the game in our hands a couple of times and came up with some awful plays in big moments. Got away with the first one (AD kick), but the second one won them the game. Moses had one chance to ice it and got it bang on - our halves got it wrong repeatedly.
The hounds in the media will be frothing after that, and to be honest the club deserves it (at least the playing group & coaching staff).
The officiating needs to be called out, but nothing should take away at how bad that performance and attitude was.

Officiating never gets called out in the media; the standard of journalism & discourse on game is beyond poor.
I do agree that hardly any of the team showed the mental fortitude to step up when things were against us. The Royce Hunt out really does how thin our squad depth is.

- Furious that the players didn't show up for the biggest game of their season
