Broncos are beatable, however if they are on-song we will struggle. If we play like we have in the first 20mins they will blow us off the park. Boys need to come out super focused and ready to rip and tear in the first 20, broncs can be rattled if you stick with them or can jag some early points. Reynolds will be trying to expose Luke L on the wing with his kicking game so hopefully he is up to it.

The Broncos haven’t scored less than 20 points in any game they’ve played this year so far & with Staggs back it just adds a little more strike to their side. Combine that with the very likelihood they will improve with each run if there is stability in their team & that they have a run of 8 home games out of of 11 early this season then it’s tough road trip for any team. A lot of success in the NRL is about timing, having a little good fortune in terms of quite a few things. This is especially so for teams trying to break back into the eight & for those who have struggled for a while. It’s highly unlikely the Tigers will keep the Broncos to less than 20 so hopefully we can put plenty in the board this week.

I love Samuela and 2024 samuela is a massive out for us, however 2025 samuela seems to be playing at 70% and his absence is bad, mainly because of our lack of depth in this position. I think a week or two off might help him get over whatever physical or mental issue that is holding him back....fingers crossed.
