No no no no … keep that right side intact for me. Faatape is the fill in guy unfortunately but fortunately for he. 💯 Skelton shouldn’t be risked imo. Surprised Stains not there to be honest though.Skelton must be good to go...unless Faatape is the preferred replacement.1. Jahream Bula - sponsored by Sensory Gardens Australia

I would have thought that Staines would be on the bench.
Faataape to centre and Toa to wing.
I agree with you but with the options available if Skelton cannot play then that is how I think it will look.
In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)
Skelton not at training today, Faatape in his place on the wing according to AAP.

Just one point I want to put forward, Egan, who is very important to them, plays very flat to his middles & they roll on well as a result but he will throw a forward pass or two each game. My hope is the officials don’t miss these passes because they can influence momentum.
Comment from a user on YouTube ( https://www.youtube.com/@crazyprayingmantis5596) that begs the question, how important is it for the Tigers to show the competition we're not that old team?
This next game is the one where we decide if the Tigers have truly changed. Favourites, at home expected to win, these are the types of games the old Tigers fail at. We have an opportunity to show the rest of the competition that this ain't the Tigers of old.

I'm guessing every game for at least the first 8 rounds is going to have some sort of "we would have lost this in the past and if we win its a turning point" commentary. We are a fan base with some very deep scars. For me it was the Dolphins game, they showed me enough there to make me confident that we will not be collecting a 4th spoon, the dolphins threw a lot at us and their halves were exceptional, we were able to repel it for long periods. We have defended multiple repeat sets on our try line, where last few seasons we would have capitulated after one repeat set. The next few weeks will give me a good indication of where we might end up, especially if we see an improvement in the flow of our attack...still somewhat disjointed but improving.
I have Skelton in my supercoach team, do we think he is playing ?
Looks like a wet track tomorrow. Not sure which team has the advantage.
He’s out
Jeral Skelton (hamstring) has been ruled out, with Solomona Faataape to take his place on the wing.
Heath Mason and Kit Laulilii also drop out of the squad.

1/6 so far. Hopefully it will end up 3/8…Not a great weekend for favourites so far with upsets Galore but also an excellent opportunity to consolidate our position in the top 8.
Go Tigers!!!
Game day… Woohoo
And sorry to be repetitive, however don’t forget those one word submissions after the game please.

Latu 18th man again for the second week …this does his match fitness or development no good . Marshal needs to be careful I see the club missing out on both Latu and Galvin if not careful . Latu needs to play footy not sit onto a bench ever week a bit strange IMO !
