On the road to Canberra. Will be interesting to see the way the side confronts this game.

I can see CARNAGE in this one…knowing how brittle we are as a team.
Who knows 80 could be on the cards here

That's my fear but I don't think Romey will put up with a sh!t attitude. There is no way he will let the team rollover just because we are now officially out of the finals race. It certainly will be a tough test but I'm giving us a chance

Oh but we have to put up with Romey's sh!t value season @$1.2 million. Spare me please. If there was a Dally M award for most overpaid player in 2025, he'd be a short priced favourite IMO.

@nick_hayzee unfortunately it’s in our DNA with or without Jerome. I probably won’t be watching our last two. Des’s last game on the coast, you’d think the players would put in. Yup our form will read LLL and probably 15th spot.
Over it tbh

Completely disagree with that I'm afraid. What he has brought to the team in terms of attitude has been invaluable. It's hard to argue that other players haven't improved playing alongside Jarome (e.g. AD).

I'll be there to cheer the boys on. They deserve it, don't think they will roll over... likely be out-played but I'm sure they will put in.

I am sure they will be a little embarrassed and looking to atone after the last game and the 6 minute capitulation. I feel like we were the better team and really should have won that game if we had managed the last 15 minutes better. Also having to deal with the loss of your 7 in such a horrible way would have rattled them a bit and to their credit they lifted and played some great footy when AD came off. It was only really a 15 min period where the cows scored all their tries at the start and end of the game.

I'm not sure how you measure that his attitude has led to better results, nor how you can attribute any improvement of others to him. IMO you're just buying into the hype around Luai, not proving how his efforts have been worthy of  $1.2million this year. That's my point.

Definitely going to be a tough game. But also a great opportunity to show this team is changed and on the improve. Time to continue to turn up with effort and build our resilience. Now that high emotion of lsst weekend is over, no finals and expectation, no pressure really... We can show some of that flair we saw last week.

I don't expect a win, but I definitely expect to be in the game for a large percentage of the match.

Reflecting after last weekend, I actually think some of that deep scar tissue is starting to shift.

@tigerstu I agree. I think they are a better chance of causing an upset win or being tightly competitive now that the hype of finals is gone. I have greater concerns for the last game v Titans.

We’ve been slow out the sheds our last 2 … this could get embarrassing if we don’t start strong imo.
