The Wests Tigers were in the match for a long time but fell short again on Saturday night against the Warriors.
The loss marks our club’s 10th straight loss, this is just the second time in Wests Tigers history that the club has been on a double-digit run out of outs.
But while that is nothing to be proud of, is the team starting to slowly turn the corner? Are there reasons to believe that 2024 will be a brighter one for us?
On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast there is a slight touch of positivity with the question being asked – does this team really deserve another wooden spoon?
Joel Helmes, Garry Watson, and Eddie Otto take a look at the Warriors game in Hamilton, pulling apart the good bits and the areas that still need some work.
There’s a discussion around an issue that just won’t go away – the officiating of Wests Tigers matches, as well as a look at the influence and form in recent times of Wests Tigers players such as Daine Laurie and Shawn Blore.
Eddie also puts a hard full stop on one possible 2024 recruit from another struggling club!
And we play a round of Buy, Sell, or Hold with topics ranging from the future of David Nofoaluma to the possible advantages of playing a number of rookies in the next three weeks.
Again, it’s another post-loss edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, but we still hope you enjoy our take on everything happening in Tiger Town.
