I think having a guest on the pod each week would be interesting. A player, ex player, coach, staff, fan of the game etc.
I like the episodes with guests too, but the funny thing is the download numbers on these pods are only half of a regular pod edition.

I didn't mind the episodes where you had another supporter on...nice to get a different perspective....however having more than 3 ppl on a Pod can make it a hard listen.I think having a guest on the pod each week would be interesting. A player, ex player, coach, staff, fan of the game etc.

Strange that. Why do you think that is? I listened to the WTFaithful pods recently where they had 15-20 min interviews with Shannon Gallant and an assistant coach of Wests SG Ball and thought they just added to the pod. But I could be in the minority.I think having a guest on the pod each week would be interesting. A player, ex player, coach, staff, fan of the game etc.

We have had current players on and they didn't really rate, rate just more than the NRLW pod.

Can we have some detailed reviews of the surrounding establishments of the various grounds at which we'll be playing (home and away), for those of us looking to make an afternoon/evening of things.

Genuine discussion piece is it the ref's and officiating that is bad or is it the lack of black and white rules allowing too much interpretation. Love a pod discussion on this.
Seems to me we are getting murdered by the touchies and the bunker...I think there needs to be a clearer understanding of when these officials can stick their noses in. Surely the Ref was in a perfect position to see Luai's tackle on Blaize, he was letting it go until the touch judge intervened and that person was in a worse position to adjudicate as he was viewing from the opposite side to the actual impact. They cant seem to get forward passes correct yet want to rule on stuff like that....this is where if a ref gets a message from a touch judge yet may not have agreed, there should be a mechanism where he can call for a replay on the big screen and make the call himself based on the vision.
yeah but if we do that it’s going down the path of NFL … and I can’t think of a worse sport to watch. Hang on croquet would match it.Seems to me we are getting murdered by the touchies and the bunker...I think there needs to be a clearer understanding of when these officials can stick their noses in. Anyway, what do we know, Annesley has come out and told us all that we don't know anything and that Luai's tackle was a legit penalty. How that guy still has a job is beyond my understanding. If anything, the ref's have gone backwards in his time leading them. NRL just using bully tactics to keep the noise from coaches and players to a minimum. Luai tackled him before the ball left his boot, Luai did not attack his legs, Luai used his arms in a wrapping motion...not sure how it was an illegal tackle.yeah but if we do that it’s going down the path of NFL … and I can’t think of a worse sport to watch. @lorenzo yeah if he thinks Jerome’s hit was illegal, they’d be numerous penalties throughout any match in the nrl.
In a weird way I'm less upset about the penalty and the 2 points, than the fact that it was a play that really should have been applauded, Jerome has been absolutely huge for us in defence and I believe he has a lot to do with AD becoming a better defender and locking down that left side. That play from him was all passion and drive as well as impeccable technique I really don't want him or the team to hesitate next time when making that play, as 9 times out of 10 it would not have been penalized and is one of those plays that can pump up the team...especially from your captain.@lorenzo yeah if he thinks Jerome’s hit was illegal, they’d be numerous penalties throughout any match in the nrl.
The biggest mistake we make as a team is burning our captains challenge early...I would love someone to complete an analysis on penalty counts and more importantly errors for teams that lose their captains challenge early, versus when they keep it for at least 70mins. I raised this last year and I still believe its true, that when you burn your captains challenge early the officials will tend to not give you the rub of the green, because I am sure they are pissed off when a call they make on field is proven wrong on national tv and you cant prove them wrong if you cant challenge it. Also, other teams will push the parcel which will lead to errors that were really offences on field that should have been penalized and were not as the other team know you have burnt your captains challenge.
