I think Nick should be replaced on the pod.

In memory of Geoff Chisholm (1965-2022)

I don’t have much knowledge but I would like to read more about junior pathways. Players, results, highlights etc

G’day all you fellow long suffering souls. No more delusions, and some real pedigree this year, but it would be intriguing to know the state of Justin Olam’s knees.Might be of serious impact in the scheme of things this season.Would love to see the Olam of old on a weekly basis carving it up.

I watched a bit of the Panthers v Canberra game on the weekend and saw A Kepoa drop off a couple of tackles in an all too familiar manner at crucial times. I also read that Bud S could possibly be a starting half for StG in round 1. This prompted me to think that maybe a semi regular check up on how the ex WT players are fairing in their new clubs might be an interesting topic. Have we traded well?

Also love the new look and features of the site too.

So many unanswered questions going into this year:

1. Health of various squad members, Olam's Knees, Latu's hamstring, AD's knees etc..?

2. Who will replace the Pom on the right? What do the various options bring.

3. What will the dual captaincy dynamic look like, how will it work?

4. Who are our Centre's? (see point 1)

5. What is the plan for the kids, i.e. Luke L, Kit L, Makasini etc..?

6. Depth in certain positions...what are the biggest risks we are carrying into this season?

7. What's the potential story/plan with players taking up spots in our 30 who don't seem to have progressed- Tumeth, Matamua, Saukuru and maybe Sukkar?

8. The coach and his support team, what do we think is the plan for 25, will we be a team that goes out to score more than the opposition or will we be a team that tries to keep the opposition form scoring more points than us?

9. Defense (see point 8) more specifically what do our recruits bring in terms of defensive resolve and how could that improve or worsen our defense?

10. We can also start talking about season 2026, whose contracts are up this year, what do they need to do to avoid the shredder and  what might the squad look like?

I know some of these points have already been discussed, however for me they are critical to our success in 25

A bit more in-depth coaching style analysis of the last/next game. Like how we won/lost tactically and how we will win against the upcoming opponent.

Or maybe an explanation/coaching segment on something. I have watched the game since I was a kid but sometimes players mention things that I don't get or have to look up. I understand that this can be quite challenging via audio.

Updates on the lower grades. Not expecting an in-depth analysis but a little info would be cool.

he was horrible in that trial game...truly earned his nickname "flippers" Ice didn't look much better than when he was with us, looked to be playing 2rf on the right if my memory serves.

I just watched Kapoa a couple of times and thought he had good defensive technique and was quite elusive on an edge - probably playing centre then. But his hands let him down as did his ability to work with his defenders alongside him. I still believe there's a decent footy player there.

and yep - Papalii was his usual beige self lol

AJ is a state cup player at Penrith, that’s his standard.

Ice is a decent first grader, nothing more.

Glad to see the back of both of them.

We could really use Ice this year.

I think having a guest on the pod each week would be interesting. A player, ex player, coach, staff, fan of the game etc.
