Evening boys!!! I think you should talk about Sheensy on NRL 360 tonight, i absolutely loved what he said and agree with him 100 percent!!! He gave it straight back to Kenty tonight when asked about the review and what he said was so true!! Further more when asked why Madge was sacked he is exactly right, he was not getting the results and we couldnt afford to wait to the end of the year to sack him and then have no recruitment for next year. We have to do a Sharks mark 2 get a coach within the next 6-8 weeks and sign players for next year. He did specify that he wants a development coach which i like to hear. Im for one excited to see the next chapter of the Tigers!!!

The fear is the exodus will end up being a stampede. The protected players are in control again and unless you are in the click you will be left out, so they will.
When what we needed was strength and conviction instead we get weak leadership and the continuation of jobs for the in group of players who can never be held accountable or else you get sacked.

Just what to say thank you to madge.
He moved this club from a bad position with out of whack salary cap that signed overage journey men to now an emerging development club.
That transition required some hard calls, buying young players, being cap restrained and moving on the toxic senior group.
Unfortunately, he's been moved on due to us know becoming a development club.

we are big risk of losing Hastings and Douhie you would think
if it is ciraldo we may well balance that with Stephen Crichton and Burton
Decision will only be judged a success if we sign a 'development coach' - Cilardo or Slater the only 2 options I'd be happy with
Any other coach is a step backwards.
