I’d like to know why our coach didn’t go to the press conference 🤷♂️. Wasn’t he the one with the head phones on??

What do you mean? Sheens and Api did the presser.
Agree with Garry re Pole, I mentioned to my son during the game that I hoped Pole might come on late 1st half. I thought Titans looked a little gassed and Pole could’ve caused more problems than Alex Twal who had already done a pile of work in the middle. So that’s one thing I’m hoping Sheensy fixes.
It is a little alarming how quickly some members of the crowd did turn on the players, aiming their frustrations at the usual suspects as well. These players are going to have to be very strong characters if it continues. Hopefully a turn in fortunes might help the matter.
One point, and I prefer not to criticise much but this worried me a little. As I walked towards the exit I saw one of the players who has had quite a few mentions on the forum here after full-time walking through the crowd towards the grandstand area. Not sure if he was going to see someone but I just thought it probably not a good thing to do straight after the match. I’m sure it didn’t cause any problems but you never know.
Don’t you mean the work experience guy needs to fix it??Agree with Garry re Pole, I mentioned to my son during the game that I hoped Pole might come on late 1st half. Benji needs to get out of the chair‼️ It’s a circus in there.
No I’m not getting into that. I’m not in the box with those blokes so no idea what’s being said etc. I can only assume they all have input and that Sheensy would have final say on most matters.Don’t you mean the work experience guy needs to fix it??Agree with Garry re Pole, I mentioned to my son during the game that I hoped Pole might come on late 1st half. Despite the result yesterday it was just so good to be out there and supporting the boys. To ride the emotions during a game of footy is one of the great pleasures in life. Looking forward to next Sunday.
Imo it’s not a good look and we’ll see what happens in coming weeks. But your ‘head’ coach must be central. By all means others can be in the box, but in the background. Or announce Marshall now as coach. No I’m not getting into that. It was the first game of the season, new coach, new slate etc and Brooks was booed when they read out the teamsheet. I thought it was disgusting.

I agree, that sort of behaviour is below the belt.
But it will get louder if he doesn't improve, especially if Wakeham continues to play well.

It might just be me getting older but some of the crowd behaviour last night was some of the worst Ive seen at Leichhardt. Drove me mad. I think Im getting old.
Not to mention playing Newcastle next round. Hopefully our ‘coaching staff’ realises our mistakes and rectifies. It is a little alarming how quickly some members of the crowd did turn on the players, aiming their frustrations at the usual suspects as well. I’ll never boo our players but that’s just me. When they’re struggling is when they need support the most. It’s much easier to support when all is going well.It is a little alarming how quickly some members of the crowd did turn on the players, aiming their frustrations at the usual suspects as well. You can never excuse bad crowd behavior especially personal abuse but there is a palpable sense of frustration among Tigers fans borne out of a decade of failure.
Rightly or wrongly I don't think there will be any allowance made for the fact that this is a new coaching team with a number of new players and eve this early in the season next weeks game at home to Newcastle is absolutely huge.
It's become a must win game.
